จากที่ผ่านประสบการณ์ กับผู้ป่วยวิกฤติจากโควิด ที่ต้องหลับไปกับท่อช่วยหายใจ 13 วัน และได้กลับมาอยู่บ้าน เราจึงทำคลิปที่ออกกำลังกายกัน เพื่อฟื้นฟูคนที่หายจากโควิดแล้ว เพื่อป้องไม่ให้ปอดเป็นผังผืด และยังเป็นกุศโลบายในการฝึกสติ แบบกายเคลื่อนไหวใจตั้งมั่นได้อีก ด้วย
